Rosa Valdez

Rosa Valdez, P.E., PMP, is a seasoned Project Manager at Freese and Nichols, where employment commenced in August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Garza EMC from March 2016 to August 2017, and at the San Antonio Water System from 2008 to 2013. Rosa also served as an Analyst at Kimley-Horn and Associates from 2006 to 2008. Rosa earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in 2006.
