Ryshena Providence, EIT, CFM has a diverse range of work experience. Ryshena is currently working as a Stormwater Engineer III at Freese and Nichols since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Stormwater Engineer II and Stormwater Engineer I at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023 and from September 2020 to January 2022, respectively.

In addition to their engineering roles, Ryshena worked as a Tennis Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania from June 2018 to September 2019 and at Legacy Youth Tennis and Education from June 2015 to August 2015. Ryshena also participated in an intensive study abroad program focused on Renewable Energy Innovation & Sustainability at The GREEN Program in December 2018.

Furthermore, Ryshena gained valuable experience through internships and co-op positions. Ryshena worked as a Water Resources Engineering Intern (Co-Op) at AKRF from April 2018 to September 2018, where they contributed to various projects related to green stormwater infrastructure systems. Before that, they served as an Environmental Engineering & Planning Intern (Co-op) at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) from April 2017 to September 2017, where they assisted with environmental studies and planning efforts. Additionally, they worked as a Green Stormwater Infrastructure Design Intern (Co-op) at Philadelphia Water from April 2016 to September 2016.

Ryshena's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in stormwater engineering, sustainability, and environmental planning. Ryshena has also developed strong leadership skills as the Team Captain of the Drexel University Women's Tennis Team during the 2017-2018 season. Overall, they have a well-rounded background in engineering and environmental stewardship.

Ryshena Providence, EIT, CFM completed their education in a sequential manner, starting with their high school education at Agnes Irwin School from 2008 to 2014. Following this, they attended Drexel University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, Ryshena obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in December 2021.
