Lauren Vogeli has over six years of experience in customer service and support roles. Lauren began their career in 2016 as a Technical Support Engineer for SharpSpring. In this role, they responded to support tickets in the Desk & Zendesk applications and via telephone to resolve client issues within the SharpSpring application. Lauren then moved up to the role of Special Operations Technical Lead, where they managed a team of employees to meet quarterly goals, complete projects, and to provide focused assistance to resolve complex problems. In 2019, they joined TeamSnap as a Customer Success Manager, and then moved to Fattmerchant as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, they responded to support tickets in the Zendesk application and via telephone to resolve client issues within the Omni and Fattmerchant applications. Lauren then joined Campfire Technology LLC as a Customer Experience Manager in 2020, and is currently a Support Generalist for FreeWill.

Lauren Vogeli attended the University of Florida from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
