Chang Liu

Chang Liu is a seasoned professional in HR operations and global compensation with extensive experience in project management and HR technology. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Operations Transformation at Fresenius Medical Care since September 2019, Chang leads global HR transformation projects and process improvements across 70 countries. Previously, as Senior Manager in Compensation Global HR Technology, Chang managed a Workday implementation covering multiple regions and provided guidance to stakeholders. Prior roles at IBM and Philips included expertise in Workday implementations, global payroll processes, and change management initiatives. Chang holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
