Dr. Harry Li is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in both medical operations and business management. Currently serving as the Head of Asia Pacific for Home Therapies at Fresenius Medical Care since October 2018, Dr. Li has successfully driven the growth of the Home Therapy Business Unit across Asia Pacific and China. Previous roles include Director and Chief of Staff for the Asia Pacific CEO Office, where Dr. Li collaborated with executives and consultants to refine strategic direction and operational models. Additional experience encompasses managing a large network of dialysis clinics to enhance patient care and outcomes, as well as participating in trauma and orthopedic surgery during tenure at NHS.
