  • Campaign Execution + Optimization:
    • Build and manage campaigns through regular ad launches and bid/budget optimizations for multiple platforms
      • Prior experience writing/optimizing direct response ad copy a plus
    • Use thorough knowledge of direct response best practices + paid social trends on Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.
      • Prior experience in Display a plus, but not required

Reporting + Analysis:

  • Monitor ad performance on a daily basis, identifying actionable opportunities within the Acquisition team (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.) to improve performance at scale.
  • Create daily and weekly reports, “end of campaign” reports, and ad-hoc sentiment and performance reports surrounding key initiatives and tests.
  • Use platform + backend data to inform recommendations across creative, product, and external platform/agency team projects that advance overall Growth testing agenda + customer acquisition goals

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of paid social media channel experience and know the ins and outs of each social platform.
    • Ideally, you’ve spent time at an agency with extensive paid social ad management experience, or have already spent some time in-house at a Disruptor/Subscription startup brand.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • You are highly analytical and have strong communication skills.
  • You have a passion and desire for working in the food industry.
  • You’re team-oriented and are able to bring positive energy to the team.
  • You have a good sense of humor and know how to have fun!
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree.
