John Crossan

John Crossan has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and customer engagement sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager for Europe at Freshworks since April 2021, John previously worked as Vice President & General Manager at the same company. Prior to that, John held significant positions at Zendesk as Vice President Sales for EMEA, achieving remarkable revenue growth and customer satisfaction, and at Salesforce.com as Area Vice President for Service Cloud EMEA. Additional roles include CRM Sales Director at SAP, Director for Northern Europe at KDS, and VP Sales for EMEA at Siperian, Inc., among others. John’s career also includes a prominent position at Oracle UK, where responsibilities encompassed the CRM business for financial services and telecommunications markets. John holds a CIMA qualification.
