Rima Sengupta currently serves as the Customer Marketing Manager at Freshworks since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rima held positions including Community Manager at Automation Anywhere from November 2022 to September 2025, and Senior Community Manager at 2gethr from December 2018 to November 2022.
