Yousef Arefi

Yousef Arefi is currently serving as Director and Senior Legal Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Freshworks since April 2025. Previously, Arefi held the position of Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Global Commercial Legal at Highspot, where Arefi built and led a commercial legal team supporting global sales and procurement initiatives. Arefi's extensive experience includes roles at Salesforce and Tableau as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel, focusing on supporting sales organizations and negotiating SaaS agreements. Early in the career, Arefi worked as Corporate Counsel at Apptio, Associate Attorney at Cairncross & Hempelmann, and interned with the Seattle SuperSonics. Arefi holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. with Distinction in Psychology from The Colorado College.
