The current leadership team at Fresnillo has a lot of experience in different aspects of the mining industry. The Chief Sustainability Officer used to work at the BAL Mining and Metals Division, and the Vice President of Operations and Country Manager used to work at Endeavour Silver Corp. The Vice President North American Operations used to work at Capstone Mining, and the Vice President and General Manager Mexico used to work at Goldcorp Inc. All of the leaders have a specialization in Latin America from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
