Sandi Schmiesing

Sandi Schmiesing currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Fresno Madera Farm Credit, a cooperative providing financial services in California's central San Joaquin Valley since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sandi was the CEO of Farm Credit Foundations from January 2012 to May 2017, overseeing HR services for participating Farm Credit organizations across 41 states. Sandi's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Vice President at AgriBank from 2006 to 2011, where responsibilities encompassed HR for a major wholesale bank within the Farm Credit System, and as Senior Vice President at FCC Services from 2004 to 2006.
