Michelle Byrd

Michelle Byrd has a extensive background in human resources, starting with their role as a Sr. Analyst at Delta Air Lines in 1996. Michelle then went on to work in various human resources positions at different companies, including Krispy Kreme, Carolina Parent - Piedmont Parent, and Piedmont Wings, LLC dba Wing Zone. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at ADP TotalSource as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and Client Relations Executive- Human Resources Director. Following that, they held positions at Gulf States Toyota, where they worked as a Manager, Sr. Manager, and Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are employed at The Friedkin Group, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and previously as the Sr. Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for a range of human resources functions such as talent management, talent acquisition, change management, succession planning, and organizational development.

Michelle Byrd received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University. Michelle attended from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Wake Forest University School of Business, attending from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Michelle obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in March 2010.
