Ann Tesmer

Ann Tesmer is senior vice president of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Clinical Operations. Ann oversees operational leadership of the ambulatory clinics at Froedtert Hospital and at the Froedtert & MCW Community Physicians health centers and sites.

Ann began her career at Froedtert Hospital as a hand therapist. Since joining Froedtert & MCW health network in 1997 she has served in various leadership roles throughout academic and community settings. Most recently she was vice president of Froedtert & MCW Community Physicians and led the community practice’s strategic planning efforts and daily operations. Ann continues this work in her expanded role for the health network’s clinic operations.

She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in occupational therapy from Mount Mary University. She has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
