Laura Connolly

Laura is a 21-year-old engineering student finishing up her fourth year of Electrical Engineering at Queen’s University with a specialisation in Biomedical engineering. She is passionate about giving students the opportunity and support to pursue new ventures and is particularly excited about looking for new ventures in medical technology and development.

Since May of 2018, Laura has been a student researcher at the Perk Lab on Queen’s campus where she has been closely involved in the development of data collection automation and machine learning projects. Laura is excited to bring her unique technical perspective to the FRV team and is looking forward to learning more about the business development side of venture capital.
