Molly Oates

Molly Oates currently serves as the General Manager of Airport Services Operations at Frontier Airlines, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Molly worked at Avelo Airlines from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing and training Airport Operations Crewmembers, conducting audits for compliance with safety regulations, and managing airline ground operations. Additional experience includes serving as an Aviation Hospitality Representative at Sonoma Jet Center, an intern with the U.S. Department of State focusing on education outreach, and an instructional student assistant at Sonoma State University. Molly holds a Global Studies degree with a minor in Geography, Environment & Planning from Sonoma State University, and a high school diploma from Oak Park High School.
