Bina Lakhlani

Bina Lakhlani has extensive experience in data collections, IT support, and accounting over a career spanning several decades. Currently employed at Frontier Communications since January 2006, Bina has held multiple roles, including Data Collections Tech, IT Support II, IT Kenan billing analyst, and System Analyst, with responsibilities in billing support, query management, and cross-functional collaboration. Previous experience includes positions at Advantage Federal Credit Union, Citibank, and Chase Manhattan Bank, where Bina managed general ledger reconciliations, billing processes, and customer service issues. Bina holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and has pursued additional banking courses at Monroe Community College and other institutions.
