Deirdre Potter has over 21 years of work experience, with their most recent role being an Implementation Project Manager at Frontline Education since May 2021. Deirdre then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Management Information Systems from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Deirdre Potter has obtained several certifications. In 2002, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC. In 2007, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Lastly, in 2010, Deirdre achieved the Global Mobility Specialist certification from ERC.
