Vivek Vaidya is the current Principal and Global Client Leader at Frost & Sullivan. Vivek has over 25 years of experience in the management consulting industry.

Vivek started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Thermax Ltd in 1992. Vivek then moved to Bajaj Auto Ltd in 1995, where they worked as an Area Manager for 5 years. In 2000, they joined Toyota Kirloskar Motor as Asst. Manager for Institutional Sales and Dealer Development.

In 2001, Vivek left Toyota to join Vertebrand Management Consulting Pvt Ltd as a Consultant for Brand Consulting. Vivek was quickly promoted to Director of Brand Consulting in 2003, where they led the team to work with C-level executives on branding and restructuring projects. Vivek was also closely involved in strategy implementation, training and buy-in processes. Vivek spoke at key industry events and was quoted in magazines such as Business Today.

In 2005, Vivek left Vertebrand to join Frost & Sullivan, where they have been working ever since.

Vivek Vaidya attended the College of Engineering Pune, where they studied mechanical engineering. Vivek then attended the Abasaheb Garware College, where they studied science. Finally, they attended the Vimalabai Garware Highschool, where they studied science.

They are on a team with Jan Kristiansen - Global Head of Consulting, Joe Fristiensky - Global Head of Research, and Muthuraman Ramasamy - VP, Global Client Leader. Vivek Vaidya reports to Darrell Huntsman, Chief Executive Officer.
