Natalie Nugent

Natalie Nugent is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and experience management within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience for Rental Systems at Fullsteam, Natalie is responsible for unifying the customer journey and driving operational execution across multiple functions, including Customer Success, Support, and Enablement. Previously, Natalie held the position of Director of Customer Success at Rental Systems, where the first centralized Customer Success function was established. Prior roles include Head of Customer Success for MAAS Companies, Inc.'s ForSitePro™, Co-Founder of Jubilee Events Austin, and various consulting positions with Sierra Systems and BearingPoint. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
