Cássia Calil

Cássia Calil has been working in the IT industry since 1992. Cássia started their career as an Estagiaria Centro de Informação for Lojas Americanas S.A. in 1992. In 1994, they moved to Confederação Nacional da Indústria (CNI) as an Analista de Sistema. In 2004, they were promoted to Gerente de Projetos WEB at the same company. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at XTI Informática as a Gerente de Projetos e Consultora UX, Gerente de Projetos, and Gerente de Produtos. During this time, they also worked at MNZ TI and Avantare Inteligência Interativa as a Gerente de Projetos e Consultora UX. In 2020, they joined Funifier as a Senior Project Manager.

Cássia Calil has a long and varied educational history. From 1989 to 1994, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Universidade Federal Fluminense. From 1995 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Analysis from Estácio. From 2000 to 2001, they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Digital Interactive Business from COPPEAD UFRJ. From 2002 to 2003, they obtained a Web Designer Formation from Instituto INFINET. From 2004 to 2004, they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Project Management by PMBok from TWA Conhecer. Finally, from 2005 to 2006, they obtained an e-MBA in Planning, Management and Digital Marketing from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In addition, they have obtained two certificates from the Coursera Course Certificates, one for Exploring Khan Academy's Educational Resources in July 2016 and another for Exploring Khan Academy's Educational Resources in July 2016.
