Jessica Hardy

Jessica Hardy serves as the Vice President of Creative & Product Development at Funko, a role held since 2024. Previously, Jessica held the position of Vice President of Merchandising/DMM, Creative, Licensing, and Wholesale at Unique Vintage from 2021 to 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Head of Creative, Design and Development at Hasbro (2018-2021), Director of Global Product Development at Saban Brands (2016-2018), and Head of Merchandising & Design/Licensing and Private Label Brands at Malibu Design Group (2011-2016). Jessica also contributed as Category Manager at Union Supply Company (2009-2011), Merchandise Manager/Licensing Manager at JR286 (2009), Buyer/Planner/Analyst at Virgin Entertainment Group (2007-2009), Merchandise Manager for Speedo Activewear at Warnaco (2006-2007), and Brand Merchandise Manager/Licensing and Private Label at Komar (2003-2005). Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Texas Tech University between 1996 and 1999.
