Sales Development Representative at Funnel

Tyler Cardoze is currently a Sales Development Representative at Funnel. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Annual Fund and Donor Relations at MAB Community Services from November 2018 to January 2020. In this role, Tyler cultivated and solicited a portfolio of 200 donors, managed fundraising activities while increasing total giving, decreasing expenses and grew annual fund to hit goal of $1.35M. Tyler also created the Monthly Sustainer program which brought in $1,000 monthly. Additionally, Tyler increased volunteer and donor engagement through 70 individual and group visits throughout MA. Tyler also worked closely with Chief Advancement Officer to develop and execute gift strategies for major donors and created a stewardship plan that helped reduce the rate of lapse donor and increase donor retention. Furthermore, Tyler worked closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop the year end appeal mailings which brought in more money than ever. Lastly, they helped in event planning and management for the Volunteer Appreciation Brunch and Extravaganza.

Tyler was also the Assistant Director of the Clark Fund at Clark University from March 2017 to November 2018. Prior to that, they were an Alumni Engagement Intern at Lawrence Academy from May 2016 to July 2016.

Tyler Cardoze graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Literary and Cultural Studies, English and Cultural Studies from Bryant University. Tyler then attended Cushing Academy for a post graduate year before Lawrence Academy. Tyler is certified in Vidyard and Video for Sales Certification.
