Evan Crawford

Evan Crawford leads the Clinical Informatics and Optimization team within Fusion. Evan has over 12 years experience in healthcare in various roles. Evan is one of the proven leaders in Clinical Informatics space driving data solutions. Evan started his healthcare journey as a critical care nurse, involved with healthcare EMR applications design and clinical informatics teams at hospitals to help optimize workflows for providers and nursing staff. Over the last 7 years, Evan has helped various Health Systems realize various healthcare outcomes working in conjunction with Patient Safety and Clinical Quality teams. Core competencies include a great knowledge and understanding and optimizing data and workflows needed to improve the quality of care provided. Evan has an undergraduate degree in Decision Science and Information Systems from the University of Kentucky, an Associate’s degree in Nursing, and a Masters in Healthcare Informatics.
