Theresa T.

Theresa T. is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Fusion Fund since 2025. Prior to this role, Theresa worked at Ripple from 2022 to 2025 in business operations and enablement and served as an associate product manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2019 to 2022, focusing on the Liink project. Theresa’s earlier career at JPMorgan included a rotational analyst position in wholesale payments and corporate banking and a summer role in global treasury management. Additional experiences include facilitating courses for young girls at Girls Inc. to inspire interest in STEM fields and serving as a member educator in computer science. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with High Distinction and Psychology from Duke University and has studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the University of Oxford.
