Charles Goetz

Charles Goetz serves as the VP of Legal at Fusion Risk Management, Inc., since April 2019, overseeing the legal department and providing expertise in corporate governance, transactional law, security policies, and ESG initiatives. Previously, Charles held the position of Corporate Counsel at Sphera Solutions, Inc., from April 2018 to April 2019, and was a Senior Corporate Attorney at Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc., from December 2006 to March 2018, where responsibilities included negotiating agreements with Fortune 100 clients and managing M&A due diligence. Earlier experience includes roles as Corporate Attorney at CNA Insurance and Associate at Levenfeld Pearlstein, focusing on drafting and negotiating various agreements. Charles holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and an MA in History from Buffalo State University.
