Okey Onyeokoro

Okey Onyeokoro has over 14 years of work experience in various roles within the IT and cybersecurity field. Okey is currently working at TechInsights as a Cybersecurity Administrator, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fuze as a Security Analyst from August 2019 onwards. Okey also has extensive experience working at the Central Bank of Nigeria, where they held the positions of IT Security Programmes Specialist from February 2013 to January 2019, and Assistant Access and Systems Security Specialist from November 2011 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technology Support Engineer at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust from April 2008 to December 2010.

Okey Onyeokoro completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science at Imo State University from 2002-2006. Okey then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology with Security at the University of Greenwich from 2008-2009. Okey Onyeokoro has also obtained additional certifications, including the ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from BSI in March 2015 and the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from BSI in November 2021.
