Tram Do currently serves as the Associate Director of IT Governance and Security at FWD Insurance, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between business units and the Group IT/CISO office to implement security-by-design and governance principles, as well as driving awareness programs for security, data governance, and AI ethics. Prior to this role, Tram held various senior positions at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., including Information Security & Data Privacy Senior Manager and Senior IT Security Manager, focusing on information security, technology risk, and compliance. Additional experience includes roles as Senior IT Service Delivery Manager at SXiQ and IT Service Desk Leader at Dell Technologies, among others. Tram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Telecommunication from the Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technology.
