Diaga Ndiaye

Diaga Ndiaye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Diaga is currently working at FX Innovation as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and has been with the company since November 2022. Prior to their current role, Diaga worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at FX Innovation from April 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining FX Innovation, Diaga worked at Randstad as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from August 2020 to March 2021. Diaga also gained experience as an HR Consultant at Médical RH in August 2018, and as a Chargée de gestion Formations Métiers at The Bioforce Institute from March 2017 to April 2018.

Additionally, Diaga has worked as an Agent Rh at Les Services de placement Télé-Ressources Ltée from October 2012 to June 2013, and as a Data Entry Clerk at Intact Insurance from 2011 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, they served as an Administrative Assistant for the Social Protection Service at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) from July 2011 to September 2011. Despite their limited time with the company, Diaga has gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and human resources roles throughout their career.

Diaga Ndiaye's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at the Université de Montréal. They pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Political Science and Government, completing the program in 2010.

In 2019, Diaga Ndiaye attended HEC Montréal, where they pursued a Human Resources Diploma. The duration of this program was one year, as they completed it in 2020.

In addition to their academic degrees, Diaga Ndiaye also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)®" program from LinkedIn. Further, in September 2022, they obtained the "Strategic Thinking" certification from LinkedIn.

Continuing their professional development, in February 2023, Diaga Ndiaye earned the "Building Trust" certification from LinkedIn. In April of the same year, they completed the "Negotiation Foundations" certification. Finally, in May 2023, they earned the "Integrating Performance Management into the Hiring Process" certification, both from LinkedIn.
