Rae-Ann Szott

Rae-Ann Szott is an experienced professional currently serving as a Practice Coach at FYidoctors since March 2024. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) since 2014, Rae-Ann specializes in Co-Active coaching, which promotes personal and professional growth by recognizing the inherent creativity and resourcefulness of individuals. Rae-Ann has also contributed as a Triple P Facilitator, providing guidance in the Positive Parenting Program to support children and families. From 2018 to 2023, Rae-Ann worked as an Intensive Case Manager at Wellspring Family Resource & Crisis Centre, offering trauma-informed services to those affected by family violence and mental health issues. Prior experience includes managing the Whitecourt Veterinary Clinic from 2010 to 2017, where Rae-Ann oversaw operations in a mixed animal practice. Rae-Ann holds an education from Olds College of Agriculture & Technology, completed between 1991 and 1993.
