Francesco Binotto

Francesco Binotto is an experienced Project Manager with over twenty years in the design of transportation infrastructure, including roads, railways, trams, and metro systems both in Italy and internationally (Bulgaria, Ethiopia). Since April 2017, Francesco has been serving as Project Manager at GCF Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie Spa. Prior to this role, Francesco worked as Project Manager at NET Engineering Spa from May 2015 to 2017 and held the positions of Engineering Responsible and Technical Director since 2010, overseeing all civil and plant design activities as well as planning and resource management in the design sector. Francesco began their career as a designer at Wellco in early 1992. Francesco holds a Laurea in Civil Engineering from Padova, obtained between 1982 and 1990.
