Previously, they served as Vice President of HR Technology & Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Senior Director of HR Technology and Operations at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., where they were instrumental in shaping digital HR strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies. Eyad began their career with roles in employee benefits management at PwC and Panasonic North America, and they have continuously sought to improve HR processes throughout their career. Eyad is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New Jersey City University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
