Celine Barroche

As a Qualified solicitor for England & Wales and Chartered Company Secretary, Celine brings strong leadership skills and a wealth of corporate, international and security industry experience. After obtaining a master's degree in law from the University of Burgundy in France, Celine gained legal experience in the construction industry and the automotive industry, before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, specialising in corporate and commercial law.

Celine left legal practice in 2009 and joined G4S, where she held a number of senior leadership roles in the Legal team, working at Regional and Group level. Most recently, Celine was Company Secretary and Deputy General Counsel for G4S.
