Lauren Marie Mostert has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, having served in various leadership roles since 2003. They started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Grays Recruitment and quickly advanced to become a PA to the COO at Equals (Pty) Ltd. From 2008 to 2018, Lauren was a Regional Manager at LabourNet, demonstrating strong growth by expanding the team and product offerings significantly. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Human Resources Director for Africa at G4S, following tenure as Chief People Officer at DB Schenker. Lauren has an Honours in Industrial Relations and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
