Micah Conn

Micah Conn is Regional Vice President of Investments in the Boca Raton office and is responsible for all development and acquisition opportunities throughout the South Florida region. Micah brings more than 15 years of mixed-use and multifamily development to Gables. Prior to joining Gables in 2017, Micah served as Vice President of Development for M-M Properties where he directed all acquisition, development, and construction management activities for the firm's South Florida ventures.Micah is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute. He holds both a Florida Certified General Contractor license and a Florida Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor license. Micah received his B.A. from the University of Florida and an M.S. in Construction Management from Florida International University.
