Sinson VC has a strong background in core network engineering and management. They started their career with ITI Limited as a Project Engineer, where they focused on installation, commissioning, and maintenance of network infrastructure for BSNL. Sinson then moved on to Huawei Telecommunications as a Senior Engineer, gaining experience in MSC, MGW, and HLR platforms. They were responsible for various O&M activities and network optimization tasks. Sinson also worked as a Senior Executive at Vodafone India and an Infrastructure Analyst at UST Global.

In 2015, Sinson joined Huawei Telecommunications again, this time as a Deputy Manager of Core Network. During their tenure, they handled CS and Packet Core Node Planning, network performance management, and optimization. Sinson also provided design solutions, prepared reports for customers, and implemented troubleshooting documents.

Following their role at Huawei, Sinson worked as Deputy Manager of Core Network at Zte Telecome India Private Limited. Here, they focused on CS and PS Core planning, network performance management, KPI analysis, and critical issue handling. Sinson maintained SLAs and KPIs, prepared reports for customers, and implemented technical notifications.

Currently, Sinson is employed at Gadgeon Systems Inc. as a Senior Core Network Engineer. Their responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of core products, customer and carrier-facing network problem resolution, and the implementation and troubleshooting of MVNO network infrastructure.

Sinson VC has a diverse education history. Sinson began their education in 1997, completing high school at Public board Kerala in 1998. Sinson then pursued a diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation at Technical education in Kerala from 1998 to 2001. Sinson VC furthered their studies by obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from Mahatma Gandhi University between 2002 and 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Sinson VC has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In September 2020, they completed the OpenStack Certification Training from Edureka. In October 2022, they completed the courses "5G Core - Architectures, Concepts and Call Flows" from Udemy and "Introduction to 5G" from LinkedIn. Finally, in November 2022, they obtained the certification "Docker for the Absolute Beginner - Hands On - DevOps" from Udemy.
