Laura Juliana Rozo Carrasquilla is a marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and strategic brand management. Currently serving as Marketing Leader and Digital Marketing Leader at Gador since February 2021, Laura has previously held the role of Community Manager at Kronotime for a brief period in early 2021, where responsibilities included developing digital strategies and advertising campaigns for fashion brands such as TOUS and Swarovski. Notable achievements include the development of a Digital Plan for the launch of Swarovski's official website in Colombia. Previously, at Exeltis, Laura served as a Marketing Analyst, focusing on strategic alliances with key opinion leaders in gynecology and supporting sales strategies. Laura began their career as a Marketing Assistant, where support was provided for medical sampling analysis and event logistics. Laura holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and a diploma in Digital Marketing and Online Advertising from Universidad EAFIT.
