Ian Ramsay

Ian Ramsay has extensive experience in the art handling and preparation field, currently serving as Head Technician and Preparator at Gagosian since November 2017. Prior to this role, Ian Ramsay operated as a Freelance Art Handler and Preparator from September 2010 to November 2017, and as a Freelance Art Handler and Technician from 2008 to 2010. Ian Ramsay holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Fine/Studio Arts from The Glasgow School of Art, completed between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design, where studies occurred from 1999 to 2003.
