Shrikant Kashid

Shrikant Kashid has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Shrikant started their career at The Associates as a Programmer from November 1997 to April 1999. Shrikant then worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant from April 1999 to July 2000. Shrikant continued their career at Cygent as a Software Engineer from July 2000 to January 2002, where they also served as a Team Lead/Area Owner.

In 2002, Kashid joined Visa as a Project/Development Manager, overseeing multiple projects and managing teams across different geographical locations. Shrikant also led the Product Support Group for Enhanced Data Platform. Shrikant worked at Visa until March 2007.

After that, Kashid joined Provenir as a Senior Manager from April 2007 to April 2010. In this role, they managed multiple accounts, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Shrikant then became a Consultant for Provenir, Management Consulting from April 2010 to November 2012. As the Offshore Services Director, they managed outsourced vendor relationships and provided oversight to various projects in India.

In 2013, Kashid worked at Intuit as a Senior Development Manager from March 2013 to November 2013.

From November 2013 to May 2015, they held the position of Group Engineering Manager at Digital Insight (Intuit Financial Services), where they provided oversight to product development and led the delivery of a personal finance management product for numerous financial institutions.

Kashid's most recent role is with Gainsight, where they have held various positions since 2015. Shrikant started as a Director of Engineering and then progressed to Senior Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, a position they have held since February 2022.

Shrikant Kashid has a diverse educational background in various fields. In 1989, they started their education journey at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Shrikant successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1994.

Afterward, in 1995, Shrikant enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for their Master's degree in Computer Science. Shrikant dedicated himself to their studies for two years and ultimately obtained their MS degree in 1997.

Later on, in 2009, Shrikant expanded their knowledge in management and leadership by attending the MIT Sloan School of Management. Shrikant successfully completed an Executive Certificate program in Management and Leadership.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Shrikant obtained a certification in "Forrester Mastering Customer Experience" from Forrester in June 2021.
