David Norton

David (aka the Nortino) is GALE’s CMO, Chairman and a BIG hockey guy (hi Alexander Ovechkin). One of the most exciting days of his life was June 7, 2018, aka the day the Washington Capitals took home the Stanley Cup. It is safe to say he cracked more than a few cold ones to celebrate. David’s casino career is legendary. He spent 13 years as CMO at Harrah’s & Caesars Entertainment where launched Harrah’s Total Rewards Program – a gold standard in loyalty programs. In 2010, David was named CMO of the year. In 2017, he wrote a book on loyalty called: The High Roller Experience. David currently serves on the Board of Home Care Assistance and Learners Edge in addition to his role at GALE.
