Alexis McGrail, PSHRA-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Galls since 2024, following the acquisition of Cat5 Commerce LLC where Alexis was the Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2024. Alexis has a diverse background in human resources, having held several positions including Principal Consultant at Banyan HR Consulting & Professional Development, LLC from 2015 to 2016, and Human Resources Manager at East-West Gateway Council of Governments between 2011 and 2015. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources for the City of Brentwood and HR/Finance Coordinator at Larimore Associates Inc. Alexis began a career in public service as the Assistant to the Chief of Police for the City of O'Fallon. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University and has developed a strong expertise in HR strategy, employee satisfaction, and organizational alignment.
