Jennifer Poinar

Jennifer Poinar is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup since June 2018, providing coaching on leveraging natural strengths for leadership and career development. Concurrently, since December 2009, Jennifer serves as the Career Center Coordinator at Portland Community College, overseeing career services for up to 10,000 students, fostering continuous improvement, and teaching career guidance courses. Previous roles include various positions in international student support and career advising across multiple universities, as well as human resources training. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in International Studies and French from the University of Oregon.
