Marla Cornelius

Marla Cornelius is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and coaching. Currently serving as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup since April 2018, Marla has also held significant leadership roles, including Senior Project Director at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services from September 2000 to April 2017 and Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente from January 1995 to August 2000. Additionally, Marla has contributed to organizations as a Board Member for Cat Town from June 2020 to October 2024 and for DataCenter from November 2011 to December 2016. Marla holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
