Tyler Steffy

Tyler Steffy, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Student Life at Montgomery County Community College since September 2017, overseeing the management of student conduct cases and developing retention initiatives. In addition to this role, Tyler is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Volunteer Firefighter at CENTRE SQUARE FIRE COMPANY. Prior experience includes coordinating humanitarian projects for InterAmerican Restoration Corporation, serving as Assistant Director of Student Engagement at Philadelphia University, and various roles at La Salle University and Florida State University focusing on student programming and engagement. Tyler holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership, an MBA, and a Master's in Higher Education Administration, along with a Bachelor's in Secondary Education.
