Valerie J. Calderon

Valerie J. Calderon, Ph.D., is a Principal Consultant at Calderon Research and Consulting Services, LLC, beginning January 2024. Previously, Valerie served as the Director of Strategy & Capacity Building at Parlay Consulting Firm from December 2020 to January 2024, focusing on organizational development programs for nonprofit sectors. Since January 2022, Valerie has volunteered as an External Member of the Institutional Review Board at Gallup, where Valerie also worked from March 2008 to December 2020 as a Senior Consultant, providing strategic advice to various organizations. Valerie’s extensive experience includes roles as a Consulting Specialist at Gallup and Graduate Student/Graduate Assistant at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, complemented by positions in ministry and education. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from Miami University, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Theology, Mission, and Preaching from the same institution.
