Nisim Rika

Nisim Rika is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Engineering, Maintenance & Validation Director at Gamida Cell Ltd. since July 2017, Nisim oversees the planning of a $17M Cell Therapy Facility, managing direct employees and external contractors. Previous roles include Engineering, Maintenance, and Validation Manager at Rafa Laboratories, where Nisim led the construction of a $40M pharmaceutical plant, and Operations Manager at Omrix, responsible for a $54M Biotechnology Plant. Throughout a diverse career, Nisim has managed teams and projects across several organizations, gaining expertise in validation, compliance, and facility construction. Academic credentials include an MBA from Derby University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Bar-Ilan University.
