Sarah Gilbert Karouby

Sarah Gilbert Karouby is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. Currently serving as Chargée de clientèle at Gan Assurances since June 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Restaurant Manager at HOMER LOBSTER from September 2021 to June 2022. From June 2018 to June 2021, Sarah operated as both Office Manager and Property Manager at HolyGuest. Earlier experience includes a role as Hôtesse at David InterContinental Tel Aviv from September 2016 to September 2017, managing breakfast service and cash handling.
