Kurtis John

Kurtis John is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Garver since August 2018, Kurtis provides legal counsel to executive management, oversees company-wide contract development, and leads the Risk Management Committee. Previously, Kurtis was Assistant General Counsel at Kiewit from February 2011 to August 2018, handling complex agreements and negotiations for a Fortune 500 corporation. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Stinson LLP, where Kurtis represented clients in various legal matters including dispute resolution and contract negotiation. Kurtis holds a JD from BYU Law School and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Weber State University.
