Tirtha Chovatia's work experience begins with their role as an Executive- Talent Acquisition & Development at Gateway Group of Companies starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Adani Solar as a Practice Lead Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing through platforms like Naukri/LinkedIn. They also had experience in handling positions in the technology and manufacturing domain. Before Adani Solar, Tirtha was a Talent Acquisition Executive at Sigma Infosolutions Ltd. starting in 2022, and prior to that, they were an Associate Executive-Talent Acquisition at the same company from 2021 to 2022.

Tirtha Chovatia pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute in India from the year 2019 to 2020.
