Cath Jeffery

Cath Jeffery, MCIPD, currently serves as the Head of HR at London Gatwick since November 2025. Prior to this role, Cath held positions such as Head of HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations for Hitachi Rail and Head of HR and Talent Acquisition at Southern Water, where significant achievements included strategic leadership in HR functions, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Cath's experience also encompasses roles in East Sussex and West Sussex County Councils, specializing in HR support and development, as well as a background in learning and development at Worthing College. Throughout various roles, Cath has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing organizational performance, managing HR systems, and fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives.
