Michael Taft

Michael Taft has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Michael began their career as a Researcher/Developer at Fitchburg State College in 2004, where they worked on a collaborative project between Biology and Computer Science students. During this time, they helped develop a virtual firefly device capable of receiving and responding to firefly flashes.

In 2007, Michael joined Oracle Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, where they remained until September 2017. At Oracle, they played a crucial role in software development projects.

Following their tenure at Oracle, Michael joined Wayfair in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Wayfair, they contributed to the development of various software projects until January 2023.

Currently, Michael is working as a Backend Software Developer at Gavant Software. Michael joined the company in January 2023 and continues to utilize their software development skills.
